Carpet cleaning service includes:
• Deep inner carpet vacuum

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Upon physical inspection should your premises be deemed to be excessively or
unreasonably unkempt/soiled, Diamond Cleaning Bro's reserves the right to charge an additional cost to cover the extra time that will be necessary to bring the premises up to standard. To avoid any surprises Diamond Cleaning Bro's encourages you to send through photographs of any areas that may be of concern in this regard.
2. Please note we require electricity to be connected at the premises.
3. Please note we also require the premises to be fully vacated and all rubbish removed prior
to commencement of our service.
4. Diamond Cleaning Bro's reserves the right to delay your clean or refuse service should any of the above
conditions not be met.
5. If any other trades/or people enter the premises after our services that are not
recommended by Diamond Cleaning Bro's we reserve the right to void our clean guarantee period.
